1 Acceptance of Terms

2.5 Self-Excluded Players. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jiliy reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy fee of up to ₱50 from dormant account balances to cover administrative costs, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with zero balance may be closed without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jiliy account are your own money and are obtained through lawful means. 4.6 Charge-Backs. Initiating an unwarranted charge-back or payment reversal against a deposit that was legitimately processed constitutes fraudulent behavior and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be processed via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer to a Philippine bank account (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank). The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to fund your account or a verified method linked to your account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering a jiliy account while subject to a valid self-exclusion order

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Player Commitment. jiliy is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment. 12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliy shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiliy platform; (b) any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity; (c) losses arising from technical malfunctions, interruptions, or delays not caused by jiliy's own gross negligence; (d) any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

12.2 The jiliy platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

12.3 jiliy's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your jiliy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Account Closure

13.1 Suspension by jiliy. jiliy reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) jiliy has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate account action; or (d) jiliy determines that continued account activity poses unacceptable risk to other players or to the platform's integrity.

13.2 Balance on Closure. Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms breach may be forfeited in whole or in part at jiliy's discretion.

13.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their jiliy account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to standard verification procedures.

15 Amendments to Terms
